Clark Anthony Braunstein has a wide range of experience representing individuals in complex business litigation, real estate litigation and copyright litigation. Notably, Mr. Braunstein successfully obtained a judgment for over $18,000, in a real estate dispute in Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Braunstein is also well versed in labor and employment law and has represented employees in wage and hour class actions throughout the state. In addition to his exceptional litigation expertise, Mr. Braunstein is skilled at resolving disputes through alternative means. Mr. Braunstein has mediated and arbitrated cases relating to contract and copyright law.
