Before I met Brian, I spent weeks looking for someone who would help me with my case. It was unique in the sense that part of the case took place here in California and the other part in Arizona. Brian Okazaki charged $5400 to appear at a hearing off camera and draft 5 versions of a single Objections document - all with careless errors. And he charged for all that time. By comparison, I had another attorney charge $1200 to write an Objections document. I discontinued his services as I could not trust or rely upon his work after his 5 drafts with errors. I told him I would file my own Objections. He contacted opposing counsel and scheduled a hearing to request a filing deadline extension - without my consent! I corrected his errors and submitted my Objections on time. I requested a statement of charges several times - he refused to send one. I greatly regret hiring him. $5400 is a lot of money for 5 drafts of a single document that I could never file.
