Brett G. Moore is a Partner with Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.
Prior to joining Early Sullivan, Brett litigated commercial, product liability, transportation, and complex construction defect cases from inception to conclusion, including through trial.
Brett received his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and represented the school in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brett was employed as a field archaeologist for a cultural resource management firm. He worked on various archaeological projects in the United States and around the world. Brett received his graduate degree in Classical Archaeology from Tufts University and received his undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Classical Civilization from the University of California Berkeley.
Brett is active in his community outside of work and runs a non-profit, The Arloa Foundation, that benefits special education teachers in Southern California. Brett is an avid rugby player having played for collegiate and club programs off and on for almost 25 years.
Brett was selected to the 2024 Southern California Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” list and has been named among U.S. News & World Report‘s 2024 “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.” He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
