· Successfully defended major title insurance company through a seven-day federal jury trial in Las Vegas against claims brought by more than 80 plaintiffs in a breach of contract case involving a failed property development where potential exposure was in excess of $15 million.
· Represented major historic Las Vegas hotel and casino in multi-million dollar breach of contract case relating to major renovation, leading to highly-advantageous nuisance settlement.
· Successful solo trial against well-known plaintiffs' attorney for malicious prosecution, including obtaining a quadruple-multiplier award of punitive damages.
· Obtained appellate decision raising the evidentiary requirement for disability plaintiffs under the Unruh Act to limit abuse, published as Mundy v. Pro-Thro Enterprises, 192 Cal. App. 4th Supp. 1 (2011).
