My husband case was referred to superior court from appellant court for resentencing . I asked our appellant attorney for a referral for a attorney and she gave me Azar name she advise me that she didn't know her personal and that Azar had replied to her request. I called Azar few conversations, I wasn't really moved but ultimately it was my husband freedom in question and his decision after my husband spoke to her , he told me she sounds Compassionate and he wanted to hire her..first red flag her price was all over the place. But ended up signing a contract for a fee of 10k 5000 upfront and balance due by case resolution. I paid her 5000 on Sept 15th..here's where all the nightmare began. By Sept 27th she started asking me for more money. Mind you our court date was set for Dec 11th. Every conversations was about money. She went as far as threatening me for the balance befor the court date or the court date wouldnt go smoothly (her words) so i had no choice to pay her the remaining
