I hired him originally to do a u visa . I was well qualified , he did such a terrible job that I got rejected because he didn’t provide Uscis enough info. He screwed that up then I got married and asked him to apply for my green card I paid the application fee separately he filed it in the beg of 2018. And the i became a victim of domestic violence case which he failed to even change the application and ignored the i130 through my spouse in March of 2018. I found out Jan 2023 he screwed me so badly that I would have had my green card if I had hired a competent lawyer. Stay away from him he lies and lazy. He lied to me the whole time I was with him
Please go somewhere else!!! He is the worst attorney I’ve ever met. He is not interested in helping his clients, never gives a call back, doesn’t not reply to emails, sends the wrong information to uscis and tells you all this stories of how he hasn’t received any in formation but uscis has contacted you directly, and is always out of the office. We’ve been waiting for 4 months for him to “Receive” the documents back from uscis. Called to go in and see him and was told he couldn’t see or talk to us until mid November. Secretary are incompetent, they don’t know anything.
