Our experienced litigation team has addressed legal issues ranging from family dispute resolution to real estate matters. Medi-Cal planning, Conservatorships and prevention of elder abuse are among the elder law issues that we have undertaken on behalf of our clients.

Our family had only positive experiences working with Mrs. Radin and the staff at the Kramer Law Firm to create our Living Trust. All work was completed promptly and correctly and our questions were answered clearly. We were concerned about planning for our children and handling our multiple real estate partnerships with different extended family members. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
