Mr Nation and staff are courteous and professional. Unfortunately they would rather settle for a lesser amount than to go to court and fight for a fair settlement.
Mark was an excellent lawyer but a very busy man. I had to call a few times to see where may settlement was going and how long it would take. But once he got the ball rolling he had my settlement in month.
He did well until we got approved for s.s. benefits. He got paid his five thousand dollars, but I was still not receiving my benefits. Every time I called him, I got no response. His reason was that he did not work on benefits for minors. Still fighting with s.s. to get the benefits that my son needs.
