Hired Attorney Steven Pond

A relative had severe dementia, prior to their death. This allowed said relative's spouse to have them sign changes to their will, without the relative really understanding what was happening. When the relative died, our family expressed concern to Mr. Pond about what had happened. However, Mr. Pond turned a blind eye to the blatant mismanagement of his client's last wishes. The executor (spouse) systematically stripped the living trust for their own benefit, and Mr. Pond had no qualms about it.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
