Hired Attorney

I am from out of state and retained Ms. Styve on a child custody matter. From the onset I asked her to proceed with some very specific items, most notably jurisdiction, as they pertained to my case. She refused to address jurisdiction even though she was presented with information that should have raised the issue in her mind. I obtained an attorney opinion in my home state and they concur the issue should have been raised. I would not recommend this firm for any out of state clients.
