Hired Attorney

Martinez Law Group provided me representation in in the post-conviction stage of a criminal matter. They took the case around the fall of 2020 in the Colorado Court of appeals. By December the same year the courts had ordered me to be released from prison. My release came unexpectedly and felt like a miracle. These guys are the real deal in every aspect of their profession. It can be difficult retaining counsel when we as lay people have no idea what they are really doing, but I have some background in law and could not only appreciate the skill level, the expertise, the overall legal strategy, thats topped off with an unprecedented degree of ethical standard. I encourage anyone involved in the criminal justice system or in civil legal issues to take my advice and retain the best Colorado has to offer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
