I work directly with Kerry and I ONLY work with the BEST! Kerry is an AMAZING Paralegal and has a TON of experience in working with sellers on every aspect of the appeal business! I quite honestly have worked with 1-2 other people there & by far Kerry is the BEST to work with (no disrespect to the others, but Kerry KILLS it!). She has gotten me Plan of Actions 2-3 times in a matter of 8-12 hours! She has also helped my business friends out and gotten their accounts approved as well! Kerry also has saved my account from suspension 2-3 times now so you'll never go wrong working with her! 🙂

When clients tell me we solved something they thought was impossible, that is the best feedback I can get. I know how it feels when you are staring at an Amazon account suspension or listing suspension thinking "there is absolutely no way out of this." Maybe you already tried appealing multiple times. Maybe other consultants told you it was hopeless or they failed. What makes us different after 10 years focusing on Amazon sellers is that we handle BOTH legal and non-legal issues better than anyone else in this space. For non-legal problems like inauthentic suspensions, related account issues, and Section 3 violations, we have inside information from former Amazon employees on our staff, plus I have conducted dozens of interviews with Amazon personnel over the years and had the opportunity to cross-examine Amazon staff at hearings. That knowledge shapes every Plan of Action we write for account reinstatement and getting listings reactivated. For legal issues like IP complaints, trademark infringement, copyright disputes, and other intellectual property violations - we are actually a law firm. That matters enormously when you need real legal strategy, not just consulting advice. And when Amazon refuses to pay sellers what they are owed, my extensive trial experience from practicing since 1995 becomes critical. I taught trial skills and arbitration strategies to other lawyers at New York State Bar Association meetings and American Association for Justice conventions before focusing on Amazon sellers in 2016. That courtroom background helps us recover frozen funds and win disputes others cannot. We charge competitive rates with non-lawyer consultants for non-legal Amazon account suspension work, but you get a law firm's resources and legal education behind every case. Great experience! Reached out to them for a Consultation on an issue with an Amazon Policy Warning for Trademark Infringement. My listing was not disabled or account suspended yet and just seamed to be a warning. After answering all my questions and easing my mind they offered me good advise as to what my next steps should be and did not charge me as additional action was not needed at that time. Aappreciated their honesty and time they took to really speak with me. I left the call at ease.

CJ was excellent in helping us craft a solid plan of action for Amazon, I highly recommend him and his team if you're looking for someone to help navigate the tricky situation of responding to Amazon in a concise and persuasive way. We have tried other consultants in the past and found CJ to be the best of the best and when it comes to your amazon business, it's always good to go for the best, not the cheapest! We will be using CJ as our go to guy for responses to amazon in the future.
