Attorney Malkin is especially adept at technology matters although I have been pleased with his efforts on everything from personal injury and business litigation to patents and trademarks. Very versatile.

I've been using Brian Samuel Malkin for years for IP work. He is very engaging, passionate, and responsive. Our company is in the high tech sector, so IP can be rather complicated; Brian grasps the concepts with ease. I use Brian for matters concerning an LLC that I have (in addition to my practice). I use him for business issues and intellectual property matters. I would rate him as top notch. I consider him one of the best around for intellectual property issues. I have referred a number of individuals to Brian. They have all had good experiences and have given him rave reviews.
