My family member passed away last week. Unfortunately she was the victim of elder financial abuse (my sister and brother-in-law took hundreds of thousands from her in her final days, isolated her, etc.). My family member always said to call 2 people when she passed - a gentleman from prudential financial, and John Anderson. Not only does John not answer the phone, he tells you he's too busy for you and would charge you $500 even for a phone call. I emailed him literally 3 simple questions - If I'm on the trust, can I get a copy of it? Why or why not? Did my sister and brother in law change the trust? He kept beating around the bush, saying he was busy and to call another lawyer. I then asked him why he changed the trust, POA, medical directive, etc., in what I at least perceived as an easy manner when other financial institutions saw the financial abuse potential and put "red flags" on my family member's accounts. This hurt John's ego and he became very rude and angry, calling me names
