Hired Attorney

In 2015 my Dad hired PJ Downing to get me Bailed out of London EMDC Jail after the Police & Sheriff had carried out a surprise Eviction for Scotiabank with violence on my front door, and Peter John Downing took Bribe money from London Chief Stephen Williams to FORCE AN UNECESSARY CURFEW CONDITION UPON ME, as Crown said in the BAIL VARIATION 1111 Days later (3 yrs) as the events happened in my home. It got worse, the EMDC Warden gave a "NO MATTRESS" in my solitary confinement concrete cell to all his COs to help out evil lawyer Downing get his Bribe money as on first visit I said no, no Curfew Condition. Downing deceived and lied to my Dad to get Dad pissed off at me, our relationship never recovered from Peter John Downing's evil lies to line his pocket for the Chief, a future reason to permanently jail me and force Guilty Pleas to cover their Sheriff's violence, later lied a lot at Trial. Dad died December 2023. I wouldn't recommend P. J. Downing to a worst enemy, just to pedophiles.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
