Todd is a London-based lawyer in the Capital Markets practice, focusing on U.S. securities offerings and cross-border financings. Todd represents issuers, investors, lenders and underwriters on a broad range of corporate and project finance transactions, including cross-border and domestic private placements of debt securities (4(a)(2) and Rule 144A), bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and other debt finance transactions.Todd acts regularly on finance transactions involving a range of industries, including for energy and utility companies, REITs, mining and industrial companies, gaming and hospitality companies, and universities.
