Represented the initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of $1.8 billion equivalent Senior Notes by a multinational investment holding company at the forefront of technology.
Represented the initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of $1.4 billion equivalent Senior Secured Notes by a leading telecommunications company.
