First time representative of Sixo, came by the house explain to me a good attorney so let's do this

This office didn't do anything. I never once was contacted by them. It took 3 years for them to do nothing, and lose my case. They had zero strategy, and I had to do all the leg work. It's all a numbers game. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay them.

I called his office a few days ago and a young kid answer the phone telling me that my age range is not acceptable. I am in my 70's and I was calling about Social Security. She hung up the phone on me. So I post a review and this girl name Nicole replied asking me to contact her so she can help me. So I did, I contacted her and I never been contacted by her or anybody else. A bunch of unprofessional liars. Do not hire them. Their commercial on television is bogus.

Such a waste of time. Over 2 years and I got denied. They make you do all the work hoping to get that easy payout. Don’t waste your time. They hardly respond in a timely manner and they use an overseas call center masquerading as a law office. I should have known from that point it was a bad idea. Read all their negative reviews, they’re all true. It’s not a coincidence they get bad reviews. Don’t waste your time with these people, get a real lawyer that will actually work for you and not try and steal your time and money.

You will only speak with "representatives" from foreign countries just like every other company that outsources their customer service, it will be frustrating and difficult to receive an actual answer to any of your questions. You will never speak to an actual lawyer or paralegal. Do not believe the ads, you will do ALL of the heavy lifting; they will not provide any support whatsoever when you are sent crucially important paperwork to fill out from the SSA. They will not tell you what to expect from the SSA’s doctor appointments or anything else for that matter. They will NOT request any of your medical records for you or contact any of your providers, they will leave out significant records regarding your medical history; in my case, almost dying due to surgical complications that caused brain damage, being in intensive care for weeks, and learning to walk again, then, almost dying a s

Nope . Been 6 years havent heard from them they show no want or ability to try from the begginning. They act like you matter but in the end they just pass youbto another law firm if you lose the first two times.

This Law Office is absolutely terrible! If you enjoy getting ripped off by all means hire them. Long story short they didn’t do anything to help my case and because they kept screwing up I had to move to another State and as soon as I informed them of my situation they sent me a letter in the mail stating that they had to drop me as a client, which was right before I had to go before the judge. So I had to hire another lawyer to help me get my disability which I did and when they won my case for me this shady law office petitioned the court for the $6000.00 dollar retainer fee after I had to hire someone else to do the job that they were supposed to do. Instead of just paying the lawyer who won my case I had to pay these crooked attorneys also. Dr.Bill Latour and his law firm are completely dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t even know how they haven’t been disbarred from ever doing business!!

Obviously unable to provide any positive feedback on this firm wasted time and energy firm DOES NOT value Client needs all they do is just give false hopes a Whole YEAR wasted with these people! I don’t think they are experts on Disability as the Commercial says ALLJUST A SCAM!!!

All bill does is file your online application for you. He didn’t even attempt to get me the backpay i should get. It’s impossible to ask questions. You get a call center in India. Extremely disappointed with bill latour.

Communication is horrible I had to call serve times and no answer or case worker is not excepting any calls. Have to go through a new client for someone to answer the phone. My daughter is diagnosed with Schizophrenia and depression among other things all documented by her doctor but lawyer office hasn't provided any help for my daughter. Please see Yelp reviews so many this place is a mess and unorganized and no communication horrible experience I'm going through scary when there is no one to take your call or return a call and have all your personal info
