Hired Attorney

Needs to work on his people skills. Needs to work harder for the client. The client shouldn't have to call Mr. Hirschauer for updates. Mr. Hirschauer should not go months without contacting his client, and he shouldn't make his client contact him once they get tired of not hearing anything.

He never updates the clients. He fails to explain things. He refuses to provide a copy of the bill. He lies and tries to double talk in effort to confuse client. He will lie even after you have recorded the conversation and caught him. I don't think he has the clients best interest in mind.

Truth, I would not recommend this man to defend a dog. He and his staff are very defensive when speaking on the phone. This man had no problem excepting money but you get nothing in return. He has a lie prepared when you ask a question. His tone of voice when speaking is as if he is the one running the show; the one running the show is the client. I read 2 previous comments one from 2011 and the other 2017. You would think he would have changed by now and he hasn’t. I am in the process of bringing him before the board. Buyer, Bewa
