Hired Attorney

Andrew has been my lawyer for over 5 years now. Andrew is a people person and isn't your average lawyer. I would never recommend anyone else in Logansport or surrounding county's besides Andrew Achey. I have used him in family law and child support cases multiple times. Andrew fights for what is right and fair. He works hard on every case to get the best result and to win. Just recently he worked on a case for me and Andrew did an amazing job. We didn't even have to go to court and was dismissed. We won my case, because he knows the law and case law very well. The way he did it was great never seen anything like it.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
