If i could give 0 no star at all i would. She is a horrible abusive individual. This is the worst guradian ad litem. Not only did she take her life partner to homes with her and allowed access to cases. But also has stood before courts gave false testimony. She has also assessed children without looking acknowledge them in anyway shape or form even only a licensedprofessionaldoctor can perform assessments.she berades belittles and attacks adults in front of children upsetting the child putting fear in them this is considered child abuse. Made threats which is civil rights violations towards adults which is beyond her scope and completely out of line and retaliates. Protect your children and your rights. Needs to have law license revoked.
Donna was the court appointed GAL for my sons Dvp. She did not listen to my son at all and told the judge she did not think it was domestic violence and in her opinion he was not in fear of his father anymore. HE IS IN FEAR AND HE EVEN TOLD HER THAT. So because of her “opinion” my son is forced to go back to his father where he has been abused. DO NOT HIRE HER!
Failed to provide Guardian ad Litem report in the state-mandated 60 days. Retaliated against me when I objected to her demand that she interview me and my son 3 weeks AFTER the report was due at a time when I didn't have parenting time with my son. She then lied in her report and her proposed court order. DO NOT HIRE LENA DONNA PRATT!
