He failed to obtain needed police reports, failed to preserve my rights, and he just gave up. He failed to respond to a partial summary judgment motion causing the judge to lash out at him and me, losing my valid claim. Sam does not represent his clients well in front of a judge and writes like he barely passed 5th grade. He won't see a dime from me ever again.
