I opened my new practice Fluetsch Law PC and Kristina opened her new practice Kristina Thornton Law Group. I am NOT involved with the charges or current legal proceedings that are mentioned in the comments.
Had the pleasure of working with Ms. Thornton and she was professional and honest. She conducted herself to the highest degree or legal professionalism. I highly recommend her for any real estate or transactional lawyer work you have.
STAY FAR AWAY!!! If you want a low grade firm, you found it. STAY AWAY from Kristina L. Thornton Bar License #169233 and Tony LaPlaca. She currently already has a lawsuit against her for stealing funds, case referenced below here (https://trellis.law/case/36055/e2024003855/smart-business-v-kristina-fluetsch-d-b-a-fluetsch-law-kristina-fluetsch-attorney-at-law-kristina-lynn-fluetsch). In addition, we are also filing criminal charges against her for severe federal violations and she has been reported to the California State Bar and will get disbarred pending conclusion of investigation. Previous attorney used from the company she works with also got arrested on federal indictments and disbarred. Again STAY FAR AWAY from her and this firm. Stay away from Tony Laplace, her claimed CFO, who is even less competent than her. He could be her secretary but Kristi knows nothing about basic contract law and is not a bright individual.
