He does not seem concerned to fix the situation despite having undertaken to do so by a deadline now past. He does not return calls and emails from the trustee whose time he is wasting and whose work he is impeding. This projects carelessness and disrespect, at a time of bereavement. It is possible that he has clients to whom he provides better service. He may have taken on more clients than he can conveniently serve. I would not recommend him.
