Wow, what a class act! Went above and beyond the call of duty at every turn, made sure I understood everything, explained everything as we proceeded, did everything timely, a true man of his word! Hire him!

Known Robert for over 40 years. Found him to be sharp, honest and direct. He impressed me with his command for getting things done timely and top shelf. I could have spent more or less, but I really doubt I would have found better. He provided monthly itemized statments free of charge, only billed me when he needed to, has a refund policy right there on his fee agreement that whatever isn't used when done, gets refunded, never charged me for his secretary, postage, copying, it's the little things that add up. Always called me back if I called and he was unavailable. I'd recommend him to my family and friends, he's good!

I came in to see him fearful and beat up. He put me at ease with his knowledge and passion for winning all things large and small. He helped me to make a plan and took the time to explain all the fine details of what would be involved, and then suggested that I go home and sleep on it in case I had any more questions or wanted to change my mind! I mean, who does that? Turned out it was the best experience I could possibly have had given what I was going through. He's a great guy, down to earth, and knows his stuff hands down. I'm grateful to him more than he could ever know. Too bad so many mean and miserable people post lies about him, ya, I saw them. They just aren't true, but I suppose there are those ex wifes and husbands who's ex spouse hired him and they are mad at him and will do anything they can to try and take away their good fortune... Sad, but he moves forward and did me a great job! Thanks Mr. Menders, you're the Best!

There should be a 0 star rating. Stay away from this lawyer! Menders is loud, obnoxious, pompous and a sexist. He is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, not to mention his work ethic is horrendous. He prides himself on being deliberate and thorough, it is anything but. His work is so sloppy, that when I confronted him on his many mistakes, he raised his voice to me, slammed his hands on his desk and threatened to increase his lawyer fees on my bill! He also threatened to withdraw my complaint and said I could find a new lawyer to start all over with. Internally I was furious, but bit my tongue. He needs to retire ASAP!

Mr. Menders represented me on a Family law matter concerning child visitation and custody. He was extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and completely bereft of morality. I paid him $10,000 and he did not further my case one bit. I had to hire another attorney to fix his mistakes.
