Nicole is an Associate Attorney with Foley, Baron, Metzger, & Juip, PLLC. Her work includes defending health care organizations and professionals in complex medical malpractice claims, as well as other personal injury and insurance claims.
Before joining the firm, Nicole worked at a law firm in Troy specializing in insurance defense work. She worked with the motor vehicle litigation and property, fire and casualty groups.
While in law school, Nicole was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, and a competitor for one of the Moot Court national teams competing in a children and adoption law category. In addition, she was a Junior Member of Law Review, a student attorney for the State Appellate Defenders Office clinic and received a Dean’s Scholarship.
During law school, Nicole clerked at two local law firms that focused on insurance defense litigation. She was also a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Mona K. Majzoub in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Nicole currently volunteers to judge internal Moot Court competitions at University of Detroit Mercy Law. She is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
