Hired Attorney Charles Schneider

I walked away from a mortgage in 2010 after trying to negotiate a short sale. The bank was impossible to deal with and I was fed up. The bank then repossessed and sold the property, but also sold my outstanding HELOC to a collections company. This collections company continued to call me for years in pursuit of the deficiency, which was over $60,000. Mr. Schneider successfully negotiated this deficiency for 10% face value and I was able to pay without filing for bankruptcy.

Amazing, answered all my questions over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you Mr. Schneider! I asked him a number of tough questions and he answered the without hesitation. I took about 1/2 hour of his time and he never made me feel like I was over stepping.

OUTSTANDING!!! Charles Schneider is a true lifesaver. I came under hostile attack by someone attempting to harm my medical practice. Mr. Schneider’s proficient understanding of the law & legal system make him an incredible tactician. He successfully guided my business through an incredible legal storm and is nothing less than outstanding. And if that wasn’t enough, the interactions with the professionals running the office were fantastic. I thank them for their efficient and kind attention. Many people only like to complain… I want to compliment; Charles Schneider is the best!

I had tried to get A Bankruptcy done with another attorney, but that attorney told me after A few visits that there was no way to do it and still took my money. Very frustrated and determined I was going to do this I got on the web and found Charlie's site. I immediately called and set up an appointment and let me tell you, this man is the real deal and will get the job done and done well. I had various properties and when all was said and done I kept everything. Except the debt. Awesome Man!!
