Hired Attorney

My experience with attorney Rebecca Swandal has been extremely troubling. Throughout several years of court involvement, she repeatedly misrepresented facts, relied on hearsay, and submitted filings unsupported by admissible evidence. Even more concerning, Ms. Swandal appeared as a witness in a case in which she was also acting as counsel, a clear violation of the Montana Rules of Professional Conduct, which prohibit an attorney from serving as both advocate and witness in the same matter. Her conduct showed a disregard for professional ethics, accuracy, and fairness, contributing to unnecessary conflict, confusion, and emotional harm. While every client deserves strong advocacy, the justice system depends on truth and integrity. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend finding counsel who upholds ethical boundaries, honesty, and respect for the rule of law
