My husband was referred to her by our attorney and were enthusiastic to work with her. However, what transpired was quite unexcusable. She was on a vacation and had her associate help out - he ended up making an erroneous phone call against our wishes, and we had to have another senior attorney ask him to stand down and then they had to fix the situation. Fast forward, despite mistakes we were still charged $2500 with no refund.
Nothing but a sales man. Tells you what you want to here. Makes many promises and follows through with none. Does not do what client asks. Ask him a question and he throws your bill in your face. Never answers a question directly. Lot of run around. No communication.
