This lawyer lost my information, had to review their logs to even verify that I'd called or emailed and had no intent on ever calling me back or reaching out to me. After two months of waiting, I'd realize I was totally forgotten about, period. She'd agreed she'd neglected to do her part which did me no good and forced me to take care of my own situation.
