  • Pro Bono Services

    Paul Prendergast has attempted to assist those less fortunate with pro bono services his entire career. Paul has assisted the "Thursday night bar" program, Colorado Legal Services, (legal aid) and was the Co-Founder of the Arapahoe County Pro-Bono Legal Clinic, in the mid 1980's, and continues to serve as a frequent volunteer in that program at the Arapahoe District Court. Paul has also served on the Colorado Bar Association Legal Services Committee, and has been a past chairperson for the Metropolitan Lawyer Referral Program. Paul and his firm have twice been recognized by the Colorado Supreme Court for his pro-bono activities.
