Hired Attorney Harmon S. Graves

We can unconditionally recommend Graves Law if you are in need of legal assistance with a construction problem. With their help, we successfully concluded the mediation process regarding foundation issues with our home. We retained the services of Graves Law in November of 2019. Mr. Graves immediately assessed our issue and laid out a plan, which included filing some important paperwork that ensured all of our rights were preserved. Had we not engaged his services, we would likely have missed the deadline for these filings and been left without recourse. The rest of the process was similar. Mr. Graves has a deep understanding of Colorado construction law. He clearly communicated with us during all steps in the process, worked closely with our engineer, and guided us through the final negotiations. We do not believe things would have gone nearly as well without his guidance.
