• Home equity and alimony win - Successfully secured an inequitable division of home equity for client, and successfully argued that opposing party could meet their own needs, resulting in no maintenance owed by client
• Out-of-state parenting plan - Successfully argued for client’s out-of-state parenting plan and convinced court to impute the opposing party’s income
• Defended against under-employment claim - Successfully defended the client against an under-employment claim by citing mental health issues and blocked retroactive child support modifications
• Parenting time restriction defense - Successfully defended clients against claims of drug and alcohol abuse. Secured alcohol monitoring provisions with no modification of parenting time
