Have you ever tried to speak to someone and they just talk over you? This is the case with Paul D'Apolito. I tried explaining a situation to Paul and before I could finish my sentence, he started speaking over me and this continued throughout the rest of the phone conversation. I wasn't able to share my suggestion on the phone before he told me the conversation was over and hung up on me. I was never able to have a discussion with Paul, he just talked at me.
