I hired Worsham Law Firm to help with a Family Law issue and it was the smoothest and quickest process I could have asked for. Everything was taken care of efficiently and as pain-free as possible. I expected my case would take somewhere between 3-6 months to be fully resolved, but my case was resolved in a matter of weeks. For Family Law cases, Worsham is the firm for you.

I hired Mr.Worsham to be my lawyer to represent me on my custody case. I was probably one of his hardest case. Let’s say first, HE WON MY CASE. He has so much knowledge and skill at his job! I was told I roughly had a 40% chance of winning my case, but my lawyer is amazing at what he does!!!! He doesn’t just ask questions but he gets deep into it! He comes off as harsh at ur pre meeting BUT not out of spite, it was out of preparation! He wants you prepared! He has such an amazing humor side of him. He will comfort you in time of stress or nervousness! He kinda reminds me of a father. He is strict on you but know it’s for your own good! Lol and lord don’t let him catch you chewing gum😂 he might just show up to court doing the same 😉😂 that’s our own little joke we had a good laugh about. I can’t say this enough……….. HE IS THE BEST AND IM GLAD GOD LEAD ME TO HIM! He has definitely made an amazing positive impact on mine and my daughters life! Thank you so much Mr. Worsham!

I recommend Mr. Worshom for any child custody matter. We are a military family from GA & we hired Mr. Worshom without any knowledge of him. He represented us in a emergency custody hearing & we won. He spoke with us in his office over 2 hrs regarding the case the morning before court. Him and his staff were very courteous and professional. At the hearing Mr. Worshom fought not just for us but for what was right. He is a a man of class and integrity.

I feel like I have been left out of a lot of the procedure.

This was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had. I hired this firm because I had contempt charges against another party. Mr. Worsham did not get her served in time so he told me if I didn't take their deal I could end up with Nothing. I had over two dozen contempt charges and when we got to court, he sprang this on me. He screwed me out of ALOT OF MONEY. This firm also emailed me a different person's court papers. What a bunch of incompetent people with NO REMORSE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. HE WONT TELL ME WHY HE LOST MY CASE FOR ME, WHY DIDN'T HE GET HER SERVED IN THE TIME ALOTED? DONT HIRE THIS FIRM!

He does not make your case a priority. Once you signed the agreement and make the pmt your case is tossed to the side like garbage. He is hard to contact and when he said he is going to do some thing, he don't. He is nothing but a scammer.
