After purchasing an old school building at an online auction I encountered an asbestos related problem. He said he could help so I hired him and gave him $1,000 up front. This has been almost 2 years ago. He has sent out one letter requesting that I would like the money I spent on the project back and that's it. I cannot get a hold of him now it's been going on a year since I last spoke to him. I've tried to contact him several times and left messages and he he won't return my phone calls and he has done nothing further. The last time I spoke with him he was going to send out another letter informing the person who owned the building before that we were going to sue but he has not done that. He's not been true to his word. On Google he has reviews from a few weeks and a few months ago which means he's still in business and just ignoring me intentionally. I'm going to the better Business bureau or a better lawyer to do something about what he's done. Don't waste your money or time.
