Hired Attorney

My brother died in a Little Rock hospital and my family hired this law firm because we know his death was due to malpractice of the nurse/hospital. After talking to Thomas Buchanan he agreed with my family that we had a case. My sister signed a contract with this attorney in 2018. After holding this case for a year, he then filed suit with the court on our behalf. This Attorney held our case until near the statute of limitation was up. Nearly 3 years!!! Then he call my sister to inform her that he was dropping our case. Before he dropped us, the courts had written him 2 letters to see what his intent to do with our case. OH... one letter was in 2020 and the other in 2021. We believe he held our case nearly 3 years so that we could not have time to find another attorney. Our family believe he sold us out and the hospital was scott free from any legal issues.
