Mr. Piazza is an associate with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. He is a Little Rock native and alumnus of Little Rock Catholic High School, where he remains active in alumni organizations. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science and returned to Little Rock to attend law school. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and joined the Arkansas bar in 2019. During law school, Mr. Piazza was selected for the Moot Court travel team and competed in the New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition. His practice involves employment compliance and litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and municipal finance, general corporate and commercial law, real estate finance, and business entity formation. Mr. Piazza helps employers comply with federal and state law by conducting extensive research, reviewing existing employer policies and manuals, and proposing updates and revisions where necessary. His employment practice includes issues arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and various other state laws.
