Absolutely terrible. His motions represent the grammar of a 2 year old. It's almost as if he is illiterate. He has refused to respond to my emails and failed to file the required responses in my case. I also just saw on the state of Arkansas disciplinary website that this is a pattern of his as he has been sanctioned 3 times in the last few months for the same thing. Hire at your own risk. This old man needs to retire!
