About RMP LLP

Our mission is to provide the families and businesses of Arkansas with a level of tax, transactional, and trust and estate planning expertise typically found only in large metropolitan law firms.

RMP is a limited liability partnership established in 2005 for the practice of law in Northwest Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas is home to three Fortune 500 companies (Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt Trucking Company) and several other leading corporate citizens. In 2016 RMP expanded its footprint in Arkansas, opening an office in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

RMP is committed to meeting the specialized legal needs that can arise in the wake of economic growth. The firm places a premium on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with its clients, and with over one hundred years of combined practice in taxation, transaction matters, trust and estate planning, and litigation, RMP has the knowledge and experience necessary to offer its clients the highest quality of legal services.

We have worked with Bo on numerous occasions for our two businesses (real estate and a professional practice) and he our go-to guy for any and all legal matters. He is extremely knowledgeable, well-studied, and very thorough. Bo is one of the hardest-working professionals I have worked with and we are so glad we found him. He is diligent and has played a huge role in winning a case for us as well as aiding us in business organization. This was my first time working with Bo but I received a good recommendation from a trusted business partner. I reached out to him to discuss my situation. He took the time to answer all my questions and communicated with me every step of the way. He was able to settle the issue out of court in a timely manner. I will definitely be using his services going forward for any issues that arise.

I could not be more pleased working with Bo. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I found him to be very hard-working and gave my case the attention it deserved. I also appreciated his responsiveness. It’s rare to work with someone who is compassionate but tough but Bo demonstrated both of these qualities.

Hired Attorney Collier Moore

Mr Moore (Collier) is a highly skilled professional and personable attorney who helped me (and will help you) in dealing with local, state, and federal government agencies and programs that are available to the elderly. He took the lead in seeing that I gathered all the information needed to interface with these various services. His fees are reasonable for his top-drawer service. I can recommend him highly.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
