Hired Law Firm

When I went to Natural State I was under the impression that one lawyer would be who represented me, instead i was handed off to another. Phone calls were rarely returned, and I went to court several times with the lawyer not in attendance for an Order of Protection I had gotten on my own. They never got me child support for the 6 months I was separated from my ex, nor did I get any financial help although he left and I was left with all the bills, current and past due, and had three children. She convinced me to settle out of court claiming it would save me money. I agreed on one condition, he have to pay back child support. She agreed and said it would be in the decree... Well it wasn't and the wording of the decree has many loopholes leaving my ex's attorney ways to get out of most everything that was in the decree, including bankruptcy... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND... Too many clients apparently and don't take care of the ones on the lower totem pole.

This client owes thousands of dollars to the firm; hence the negative review. No client has ever been convinced or forced to settle. The firm was never retained for an Order of Protection. We were also in communication with her via email, phone, and text

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
