Ms. Lana Fraser is by far the most dedicated lawyer I have ever had the experience of working with. She is respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, provides clear and direct communication all while maintaining a high level of class and non-judgment. She treats her clients with civility all while maintaining a level of patience when the process seems overwhelming. I did my research prior to speaking with her and she has been recommended by numerous individuals throughout the state. I know the system has its flaws & justice is not always served nor verdicts correct however if you are looking for a lawyer who will ACTUALLY FIGHT FOR YOU AND VIEW CASES AS HER OWN LIFE ON THE LINE, THIS IS THE ATTORNEY YOU WANT TO HIRE! We met with Bill Law which was accommodated on a short notice at their firm. We wanted to consult him with the potential of changing attorneys in a different Court. This would require an extension of time for the James Law Firm to review the case but had to be approved by the Judge. Unfortunately, the extension contingency was denied and there was not sufficient time for reviewing the case as The James Firm was extremely busy. We tried but used our existing representation by our current attorneys but I think the charges by the trial would have been different had we been able to use the James Law Firm.
