Overall, I was satisfied with the end results of the Tripcony law team. Although they changed my attorney 3 times during the course of my ordeal which caused me to have to bring each new attorney up to speed with the current actions taken. Also, I ended up owing 3500.00 dollars more in the equity settlement of my home due to the second attorney being negligent to deduct closing costs and other fees included in the refinance process. But I was awarded physical joint custody of my children.
Expensive and inept. He nickles and dimes everything, yet produces nothing. He forgets what he's supposed to do, stammers and stutters in court, loses his place during his questioning, and might possibly make things worse. The judge was actually getting irritated with him. I think he caused more hurt than he helped. Would not recommend! Maybe his partner, Ms May is better, but wont recommend Jim Tripcony.
