Excellent service and timely work. Mr. Simmons is very professional and knowledgeable in many areas of the law, even some that are not his specialty.
I hired Mr. Simmons a year ago to handle a simple case. He failed on all parts to have due diligence on this matter. He never made contact with me unless I initiated and he never brought the case to court. This was a simple matter where the defendant was easily attainable and he could not even make sure she got served or her husband whom was in JAIL. I will never recommend this attorney for anything.
