Extremely easy to work with... very professional and knew everything that needed to be done... Estate planning is not something to avoid and delay. Carol took the time to explain everything we needed to know and what to do... Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Carol for estate planning. It has been wonderful to work with Carol as she is responsive, organized, and extremely helpful. She does a fantastic job explaining the details of what can sometimes be a complicated process. I feel fortunate to have found her as a resource.
Carol made the redrafting of my will and trust documents a far easier process than I had anticipated. She took time to explain the changes that were needed in a straightforward and understandable way, and throughout the process she was simply a pleasure to deal with. When I requested changes, she asked for clarification on my intent so that the revised language would exactly represent my wishes.
Carol has had the patience and understanding to help my husband and myself get all our issues in order. Her compassion and willingness to make the whole complicated process clear is very comforting. So glad she's our lawyer for all this work!
When it comes to Elder Law and Estate Planning, Carol Nolan is one of the best Attorneys I have had the privilege to work with. Carol is thorough, kind, easy to work with, prompt, and responsive which gave my wife and me peace of mind. She has great knowledge of the law and I would recommend her without hesitation.
Carol was so helpful creating a trust for my mother. We have also used Carol’s services when we wrote our trusts in 2015. We were delighted that she was still practicing in our area. Carol is extremely knowledgeable and has the ability to make one feel calm during the whole process. Everything was done in a very timely manner. She spent a lot of time making my elderly mother comfortable and helped her to understand what needed to be done. Thank you Carol!!!
Carol's knowledgeable advice was extremely helpful in finding out the best way to handle my brother's situation with Medicaid. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with eldercare issues.
When my brother passes away last year I needed an Estate Attorney in DuPage County. I asked another attorney friend if they could take care of this matter, they told me No, but they referred me to Carol. What a blessing it was to work with her to take care of my brothers estate. She took care of everything. She provided me with the documents to get into his Storage Unit, the correct paperwork to sell his vehicle, and because of the way she set the Estate up it was easy to sell his home. She set up all of the documents that I needed for closing out his Retirement Funds, and the correct documents for closing out his Bank Accounts and setting up an Estate Bank Account, and even instructions on filing his State and Federal Taxes. If you have any type of Estate work you need done I would highly recommend Carol Nolan.
I have worked with Carol Nolan for Estate Planning and Elder Law. She has done an excellent job in all cases and made sure everything was handled professionally. I highly recommend her.
Working with Carol was a wonderful experience. She is very responsive and organized. Made the process simple!
