This pompous jurist overcharges by at least three times what his ability should dictate. His major contribution to my daughters case was letting us know who he would rather not go up against, the brilliant woman who ended up being our daughters Pit Bull. Jonathan wasted an entire day and several thousand dollars at financial mediation trying to get us to agree to terms we told him in advance we wouldn’t agree to.. Most lawyers dread going before a judge in open court and he is the leader of that pack. He insisted on $25,000 more before he would meet our opponent in court. At that point the Pit Bull took over and destroyed her ex in open court. She got us much more than what Jonathan wanted us to agree to in mediation. He was a total waste of time and money. Initially his slow style leads you to assume he’s actually thinking but in retrospect I think it’s brain flutter. If you don’t have to confront someone and you like pussycats, he might be your man. Otherwise, steer clear.
