Hired Law Firm

The staff is completely without knowledge. The attorney is never available. Attorney has staff lie about her being there. Called from the parking lot looking at the door, staff said she was out of the office, went in and there she sat on the sofa. Staff hounds me about my bill, bills more than the retainer quoted. I am pretty sure attorney has dementia, most of my case she was clueless about things we had just discussed. After relieving her of my case the new attorney had it resolved in 60 days and mentioned the attorney community knows ms. Waggoner is "losing it" and "broke". I was told the bar has been made aware and does nothing about it. Typical as they all stand together and let the public get screwed.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
