Hired Attorney Todd D Bennett

Todd was patient with me and very empathetic to what I have gone through. I called him because something didn't feel quite right after speaking with the insurance company claims adjustor assigned to my case and I'm really happy that I did. Todd fought for what was right for me and I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of representation. I feel like he was transparent and the outcome was better than I had hoped for. I truly don't believe it was just about money for him, I felt like he wanted what was true and fair. My future medical care was just as important to him as it was to me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
