My husband's lawyer drove him broke, that why he dropped his case he ran out of money in the thousands all with paper work.
We had a strong case and every reason to believe that she would fight for us because her talk was big. The first time we used her, the case was presented to the judge behind closed chambers so we weren't there to witness her arguments. We lost. The second time we used her we did go to court and she just didn't fight. She was very passive in her interrogation, and ultimately cost us the case again. Thousands and thousands of dollars down the drain for nothing. Extremely disappointing.
S.Hupp=AWFUL. Just before court, she met with ex & his attorney and agreed to hand-write on settlement that I owe a large set amt of money, Told me to initial or it would be worse for me. I did, I was scared. My ex bragged how big he won.
