Paid retainer that he never billed against and refuses to return which is the law all the while he claims in the lincoln journal star as being "very pro-law enforcement". He cannot enforce the law against himself? He should follow the law by returning the $2500 retainer that i have a receipt for and he did not show on his bills, instead he instructed in email to hire an attorney to contact his insurance, knowing i would spend more to get my retainer back, than him just doing the proper thin in returning the unused retainer. Maybe he needed it to fit his own legal battles?
Paid $2500 retainer fee that never showed in billing and never charged against. Billed and paid monthly. When asked about retainer which should have been returned to me as it was not used Perry Pirsch suggested i get another attorney to contact his insurance. That is not very professional or ethical. His assistant at the time witnessed the retainer being paid in cash and him signing a receipt but he does not show it in any of the bills i received and paid in full. Please return my retainer and i will edit my review.
